Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Manage recruitment data and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions. Collaborate with TAG Team to understand job requirements and hiring needs Utilize job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), ATS, and social media for talent sourcing. Conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Manage offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding coordination. Maintain and update recruitment reports, tracking hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.). Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Strong knowledge of Boolean search, ATS, and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience working with multiple clients and hiring managers.
