The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally software, direct & indirect taxation, and financial documentation. The role requires excellent communication skills, team management abilities, and a keen eye for financial accuracy and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and manage financial records using Tally software.Handle accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgeting forecasts.Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.Manage payroll, taxation, and other statutory compliances.Lead and mentor a small team of junior accountants.Assist in financial planning, cost control, and decision-making processes.Required Skills & Qualifications:MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.Proficiency in Tally software and MS Excel.Strong understanding of direct & indirect taxes (GST, TDS, etc.). Good analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
