General Summary Renewals Inside Sales Rep is responsible for the renewal sales process for their respective territory from opportunity management through sales closure for support, license, and XaaS renewals. They focus on current customer renewals working with Sales, Distribution Partners, and Solution Providers to drive the sales process with a renewal contract optimally. This includes but is not limited to renewal sales execution, preparing/updating quotes, opportunity management, close plans, and handling incoming requests for their sales territory.
