Rural Area Sales Manager in Consumer Business Job Locations - Muzaffarpur/Dhanbad /Nellore/Bhopal * Identifying opportunities and potential markets in Rural Areas. * Managing the Rural Distributors of the assigned territory. * Achievement of Rural Sales Targets and ensure activities/events in Rural areas. * Driving Rural Sales-retail & penetration. * Analysis of various schemes and expansion of Rural Sales Outlets. * Candidate should be experienced in Rural Sales. * Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. * Ensure compliance with company's scheme policies and operational guidelines. * Ensure adequate availability of company products. * Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory. * Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales. * Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting & reporting to sales head. * Excellent sales and negotiation skills. * Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets. * Must possess good Sales Skills & Analytical ability to achieve Monthly Sales Targets.
