Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive campaign strategies that align with overall organizational goals. Set clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and timelines to measure success. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team including communications, digital marketing, field organizers, and volunteers. Ensure all team members are aligned with campaign goals and deliverables. Budget Management & Resource Allocation: Prepare and manage campaign budgets; allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI. Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies based on financial performance. Communications & Messaging: Develop and refine campaign messages that resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling content and materials. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics and market trends to inform strategy. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to stakeholders. Stakeholder & Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and external vendors. Represent the campaign at public events, meetings, and media engagements. Crisis & Risk Management: Identify potential risks or challenges and develop proactive mitigation strategies. Address unexpected issues quickly while maintaining campaign integrity. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in campaign management, political campaigns, marketing, or related areas. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Preferred Skills & Experience:Experience working with diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects. Familiarity with voter outreach, fundraising, or advocacy campaign techniques (if applicable). Knowledge of social media platforms and digital engagement strategies.
