Role & responsibilities Achievement of Sales targets as shown in annual budget, including individual revenue, team revenue & collections in CTOH segment (As per Sales Incentive Policy)Opportunity & Pipeline Management in SalesforceSpecial focus NPI/NPLIs for 2024 & 2025Sells products by implementing sales plans, supervising Regional Sales ManagersOwn and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accountsDevelop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer baseBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsPartner with customers to understand their business needs and objectivesUnderstand category-specific landscapes and trendsEstablishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for products. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping pace with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.Maintains Regional sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in the industry. Identifying valuable emerging marketsAccurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplaceServing as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositionsMaximizing company profitForeseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplaceForming sales strategies to keep your company competitive and innovativeExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiencesDeveloping specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-termCounsel, train and guide direct reports to drive organization plans for achieving sales goals.Hold frequent performance reviews with staff to provide constructive feedbackEnsure customer issues are attended to appropriately and efficientlyPossess detailed knowledge of products offeredSetting & communicating the values/ethics/culture for the team.Other relative tasks as assigned.Preferred candidate profile This position is exclusively for candidates with proven experience in selling spare parts for commercial heavy vehicles Perks and benefits
