Roles and ResponsibilitiesWorkday Developer/Integration/Tester Provide technical expertise on Workday modules such as HCM, Integration, Functional, Reporting, Security, Testing, and Core HCM.Troubleshoot issues related to Workday functionality and provide resolutions.Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions using Workday platform.

Responsibilities Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI solutions. • Implement data models for relational, dimensional, and data lake environments on target platforms. • Collaborate with the Offshore Data Engineer and Onsite Data Modernization Architect to ensure model alignment. • Define and govern data modeling standards, tools, and best practices. • Optimize data structures for query performance and scalability. • Provide updates on modeling progress and dependencies to the Offshore Project Manager. Skills 5+ years of data modeling experience with relational and NoSQL platforms. • Proficiency with modeling tools (e.g., Erwin, ER/Studio) and SQL. • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, data lakes, and BI data structures. • Strong analytical and communication skills for team collaboration. • Attention to detail with a focus on performance and consistency.
