Role & responsibilities Make Tally entries and maintain day to day accounts for all projects.Reconcile entries with bank statements.Communicate with bank personnel and obtain required data/documents as and when required.Prepare balance sheets and other documents as required. Role & responsibilities Study project drawings and estimate quantities (BOQ) based on drawings. Track progress at project and analyze project data.Maintain relevant reports and tracking logs. Prepare monthly bills/ pay applications that are to be submitted to the Authority/Department.Verify subcontractor bills received from the project sites.Coordinate with project staff to ensure timely completion of work.Assist management in estimation for tenders. Survey site during construction to ensure progress is as per contract drawings.Survey the site after completion of construction and take as built data. Record quantities executed at site and report to management.
