Role & responsibilities Good design and detailing skills and able to work independently on high profile projects as part of architectural team ranging from Private residences and group housings, Institutional, Commercial & Master Planning Projects.Coordination with consultants to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure.Directing activities to the team engaged in preparation of drawings and specification documents.Working out in house options for changes occurring due to implementation of different policies, from various authorities, town and country planning department etc.Preparing detailed drawings.Address day to day site issues, and coordination with the MEP, HVAC/Structural consultantsSupervision of the architectural and interior design of buildings and structures.Advising others on practical, aesthetic and social considerations in architectural, and interior design projects.Selecting materials and specifications of the materials for the usage in projects.Developing project schedules benchmarks in architectural design.Consulting on the effective organization of components and materials in architectural design.Directing the selection of appropriate techniques according to different types of design work.Writing and presenting, reports and proposals.Travelling regularly to construction sites and giving directions and approvals for the usage of techniques and materials.Issuing and checking the construction drawings to the site.
