BPO Quality Analyst (QA) Noida Salary Range : Up to 32,000 per month (PF optional) Job Overview : We are looking for dedicated individuals to join Saber-Tech as Customer Service Representatives and BPO Quality Analysts. As a CSR, you will handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions with a focus on delivering excellent service. As a Quality Analyst , you will monitor and assess customer interactions to ensure adherence to our quality standards, providing feedback and insights for continuous improvement. BPO Quality Analyst (QA) : Monitor customer interactions for quality assurance. Provide feedback and coaching to CSR teams. Maintain detailed call quality reports. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Collaborate with team leads to implement quality enhancements. Requirement : Education : Open to undergraduates, graduates, and final-year students Experience Required : Minimum 6 months in a similar role Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with CRM or call monitoring systems (preferred but not required).
