Role Overview: The Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is identified, engaged, and onboarded effectively. Recruitment Strategy & Planning: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals. - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. 2. Talent Sourcing & Screening: - Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on role-specific criteria. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles. 3. Interview Coordination & Assessment: - Schedule interviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage candidate communications. - Conduct competency-based interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential. 4. Offer Management & Onboarding Support: - Manage the offer negotiation process, ensuring alignment with company guidelines. - Collaborate with HR Operations to facilitate smooth onboarding for new joiners. 5. Stakeholder Management: - Partner with department heads and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business objectives. - Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and talent availability. 6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: - Support initiatives to enhance the employer brand and improve candidate engagement. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 7. Data Management & Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, pipelines, and candidate data. - Prepare and present hiring metrics and reports to leadership. __________________________________________________________________________________Key Requirements: - Experience: 6-8 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the fashion, or luxury industry. - Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. - Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, market trends, and recruitment tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment platforms. __________________________________________________________________________________Preferred Skills: - Experience in hiring for niche roles such as design, production. - Strong network within the fashion, retail, or creative industry. - Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days
