Opportunity Overview The Customer Success Manager plays an integral role in helping to increase customer satisfaction and brand loyalty for a fast-growing and award-winning software company. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of existing customer accounts. This role involves identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing customer engagement to ensure customer success and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop strategies that align with business objectives. The position will also maintain customer satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing customer needs and issues. This role involves developing strategies to reduce churn, enhance customer engagement, and build long-term relationships with customers. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Own the entire relationship with assigned accounts, including adoption, expansion, retention, and satisfaction . Identify at-risk accounts and develop plans to address their concerns and improve their experience. Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of our solutions and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to customers . Assist in product launches. Drive Sales Growth: Identify and manage upselling and additional purchase opportunities to customers to ensure customers continue to derive value from our offerings. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Spread the Word: Promote customer success stories and case studies to highlight the value of our solutions. Customer Journey Expertise: Review the customer journey, determine how it s supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals. Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work with the companys Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to support the development of marketing initiatives to help ensure continually evolving products that meet or exceed client expectations. Professional Development: Invest in ongoing self-development to acquire industry-relevant skills necessary to satisfy customer needs. Qualifications / Skills Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager. Experience in the SAAS industry preferred. Experience in the tax and accounting industry or similar is a plus. A passion for technology; comfortable with web-based applications. Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines. Excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate a variety of topics to a diverse audience. Experience providing high-level client support, internally and externally, along with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Possess the ability to self-motivate, maintain a consistent schedule, and to train clients who may have no understanding of the product. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Opportunity OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Azure SQL Engineer to manage, optimize, and ensure the performance and reliability of our large-scale, high-load database systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SQL performance tuning, database administration, and high-volume data processing. You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to optimize SQL queries, implement best practices, and deliver data analytics solutions to support business needs.Location: Hybrid (Bangalore)Responsibilities:Database Design & Management:Expertise in ACID principles, Normalization, Denormalization, and efficient database design.Manage and optimize Azure SQL Databases, Elastic Pool Models, and Managed Instances.Handle multiple servers and databases in high-transaction OLTP environments.Manage multi-tenant architecture with optimized data partitioning and indexing.Perform database repository and versioning management using Azure Repos/Git.SQL Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve long-running queries, deadlocks, and blocking using DMVs, system tables, and monitoring tools.Analyze execution plans to fine-tune queries and optimize performance.Implement indexing strategies, optimize queries, and monitor database performance.Perform DBA tasks such as index rebuilds, updating statistics, and removing unnecessary indexes.Conduct load and stress testing to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks.Write ad-hoc queries and custom reports to support business requirements.Development & Collaboration:Create and modify tables, views, triggers, cursors, CTEs, UDTs, temporary tables, stored procedures, functions, and JSON data handling.Review database PRs, validate solutions, and educate developers on best practices.Collaborate with developers to optimize queries for high-traffic environments while ensuring memory efficiency.Deploy databases using DACPAC with CI/CD pipelines.Basic experience any programming language (C# or any ) for fetching data programmatically.Ability to understand data flow and operations within applications.Production Support & Agile Execution:Provide production monitoring, troubleshooting, and support.Implement change management processes and maintain documentation.Work in an Agile-Scrum environment, ensuring timely database updates and deployments.Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant degree.5+ years of experience as an Azure/MS SQL Developer or similar role.Able to work with production databases, troubleshoot, debug, and provide solutions to handle heavy traffic loads.Experience with SQL Server Transparent Data Encryption (TDE).Critical/quick thinker and a team player.Good time-management skills and problem-solving skills.Certification in Azure Databases is a plus.Must-Have:Azure SQL expertise and query optimization using execution plans.Strong SQL debugging and troubleshooting skills for high-performance environments.Scripting/programming knowledge for database interaction.In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server internals.Good-to-Have:Database analysis: Ability to optimize large datasets and database structures.SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience.Power BI for data analytics and visualization.Azure Data Lake for large-scale data storage and processing.Strong understanding of data flows across systems and services.Skills & Competencies: Analysis & Debugging Software Design & Testing Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented Teamwork & Communication SkillsAbout SafeSendAt SafeSend, we are automating the tax and accounting profession with innovative, emerging technologies.
