Roles and Responsibilities Conduct safety inspections at construction sites to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments, incident investigations reports, and other relevant documentation. Provide training on safety procedures, regulations, and best practices to employees at the site. Ensure effective communication among stakeholders regarding safety-related issues. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in Safety Engineering or related field. Strong knowledge of SMS principles, OSHA regulations, NEBOSH certification preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
