Job Description

Role & responsibilities Daily site inspection and sharing of reports, periodic audits, review of PTW. Advise on safety measures on day-to-day basis. Promoting and implementing daily observation program and reporting observations to Corporate. Conduct risk assessments, and enforce preventative measures. Promoting a safe workplace. Participate and coordinate for daily tool box talk. Formation of site safety committee, monthly safety meetings. Advice site admin team on medical fitness of crew. Review and satisfy client training requirements. Daily hand tools inspection Monthly inspection of fire extinguisher, first aid box, full body harness, lifting equipment. Track and monitor PPE quality and implementation Review and track calibration of equipment Implement client/corporate compaign/program and share evidence Provide training Incident reporting and investigation and prepare reports on occurrences. Coordination with client, crew and corporate team Appreciate crew and nominate for monthly HSE awards Initiate disciplinary action in case of violations/failure to follow OCS policy. Any other responsibility as provided by the site-in-charge/corporate HSE team Qualifications & Skills: Diploma in engineering/Bsc with recognized diploma in HSE/Industrial Safety/NEBOSH IGC with 5 years of experience OR Degree in Engineering/Msc with recognized diploma in HSE/Industrial Safety/NEBOSH IGC with 3 years of experience Degree in Fire and Safety Engineering with 3 years of experience OR Masters degree in engineering in Industrial Safety/HSE with 1 year of experience.
