Led by Mr. Mahesh Shelote, the company focuses on promoting safety and well-being. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Safety Officer role located in Pune. The Safety Officer will be responsible for Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Accident Investigation, Security, and Safety Training on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: Implement and enforce safety protocols, procedures, and policies in compliance with national and international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, Factories Act). Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments at the site. Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures. Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to workers and staff. Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis. Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records. Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices. Coordinate with government and regulatory authorities during inspections or audits Required Skills and Qualifications: Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) – Mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent field (preferred). 5–8 years of experience in an industrial safety role. Strong knowledge of safety laws, statutory requirements, and risk management. Proficient in preparing safety reports, documentation, and MS Office tools. Excellent communication and training skills.
