Greetings from Technocraft Ventures Limited ( Urgent Hiring ) Safety Officer (Deoband, Saharanpur) (U.P) Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance at our road and highway construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that all work is conducted in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with company policy, legal requirements and industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Ensure compliance with national and state-level safety regulations related to road and highway construction. Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and accidents to the safety coordinator. Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for site workers, engineers, and other personnel. Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure that all employees are aware of procedures. Maintain and update safety records, including documentation of audits, inspections, and incident reports. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to promote a safety-first culture. Ensure proper implementation of traffic management plans to safeguard workers and road users. Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors as required. Qualifications and Skills: Certification in HSE as per industry standard. Proven experience as per job expectation. Thorough knowledge of national safety laws, construction safety standards, and environmental regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical skills to assess risk and develop mitigation strategies. Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
