Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, gu Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environ Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented i.e. emergency response systems, etc. Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees. Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards. Basic knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001management syste Maintain Records for Near Miss & Unsafe conditions & take preventive measures as required Taking the round to the entire premises ETP samples collection & submission to the lab & taking the approval for the discharge of effluent TBT of contractual workers Safety Induction training of new joinees Fillup of GPC check sheet Action plan against findings of GPC Checksheet NDO follow up sheet updation & assiging the Query to related Department. Work permit Entry & Audit of the same Notifying the unsafe act & unsafe condition & updation in the weekly safety report Counselling of the person working in unsafe condition / found in performing of the unsafe act Checking the VOC of the lab area & updation of meter reading in the related excel sheet. Specific training as per schedule. Work permit verification. Eye wash checking and filling checklist Knowledge about the OCEMS system. Work permit review and permit entry , audit. Follow up of ETP and Fire work ELN work. Knowledge about handling ofscrubber system. Analysis of ETP/STP System. Handling of the hazardous waste like collection, store and disposal to the respective vendor. Maintaining the stock of the raw materials and consumable. Take regular BBS (Behaviour based safety) rounds and record the observations. Daily monitoring of class-1 work permits at site and update permits records
