Candidate should have min 8-10 yrs of experience in Maintenance, CAPA, electrical maintenance, DG set maintenance, Transformers, Trouble shooting of electrical faults and electrical equipment's.Required Diploma / B. Tech in Electrical.

Supervise receipt of raw materials, packing, and finished goods, ensuring quality and compliance with orders. Oversee inventory management, storage, and timely issuance. Collaborate across departments, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Manage production machinery maintenance, lead engineers, and ensure on-time, budgeted preventive and corrective tasks. Troubleshoot faults, improve reliability, ensure safety compliance, and train staff for performance and skill development.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market share. Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and close sales. Conduct market research, build relationships, collaborate on campaigns, ensure follow-up for satisfaction.
