About Position: As a SailPoint Ops, you will play a pivotal role in Implementing SailPoint IIQ, including migration (data, functionalities, application, roles, user access) Analyzing requirement, design, architecture, build, configure, customize (if required), and implement in SailPoint. Creating robust unit test cases and implementing good unit test coverage to ensure consistently high-quality delivery. Role: SailPoint Ops Location: All PSL Locations Experience: 4 to 6 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Interact with customers and understand IGA requirements Implement and run IGA solution for customers based on agreed design, regulatory compliance requirements and industry best practices. Operational support of implemented IGA solution and infrastructure. Conduct IGA training sessions for customers and internal team members. Provide solutions that are compliant with IT standards and corporate security policies and adhere to best practices. Manage day to day activities such as incident and problem management, deployment of new releases, troubleshooting issues, providing support during operational tests and building monitoring infrastructure. Need to collaborate with the development team to implement activities. Perform code reviews and knowledge transfer when required. Support System Integration Test (SIT) & User Acceptance Test (UAT) and perform break fixes. Prepare release document, support codes promotion and migration of the configurations into Staging & Production Prepare, maintain, and ensure software development artifacts deliverables are complete and kept in proper repository e.g., design documentation, source codes, supporting documents. Expertise You'll Bring: Total of 4+ years of experience in IAM domain, including at least 2 years in SailPoint Preferable SailPoint certified. In-depth knowledge of IGA solutions and capabilities, including access reviews, role definition, role mining, RBAC Experience with IGA Operational tasks. Proven ability to work hands-on on design and implementation. Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices Prepare release document, support codes promotion and migration of the configurations into Staging & Production Prepare, maintain, and ensure software development artifacts deliverables are complete and kept in proper repository e.g., design documentation, source codes, supporting documents. Post Go live level 3 support after production rollout. Perform root cause analysis. Interact with software provider (SailPoint) e.g., product issues, enhancement requests, bugs, evaluate patches. Collaborate closely with project team to discuss requirements, design & architecture, effort estimation, planning, provide status update and discuss issues. Advanced provisioning and workflow customization Custom reports, rules, scripts, API, plugin implementation Customize SailPoint to meet complex business need.
