Role & responsibilities Good knowledge on various cutting tools especially for CNC Machines various operations like turning, milling, grooving, drilling, threading and reaming. > • Good Knowledge in Tool Management system. > • Conduct Product Trials / introduction / resolve complaints. > • Work with Development team to Prove out the new Tools. > • Sound knowledge in improving productivity by adopting better tooling. > • Sound knowledge in Grade selection of cutting tools for various materials. > • Offering Tooling Solutions and cost benefits to customer by working > out a optimum Cost/Component • Good knowledge in trouble shooting & problem solving of various metal cutting problems. > • Has to work with PED & NPD Team Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Mechanical Perks and benefits Salary, Incentives
