The Role: As a Sales & Business Executive (South) , you’ll play a key role in expanding Genetico’s footprint across Southern India. Your work will involve identifying target customers and pitching Genetico’s solution to relevant stakeholders in relevant centers to drive adoption and revenues while building strong relationships based on the ethos of the company. You will be the voice of Genetico in the field and the voice of the customer in the company. This role offers strong visibility and growth opportunities in a highly evolving and fast-paced technology company. You will work closely with the Founder and with time build your own team in the region. What You’ll Do: 1. Sales & Business Development (70%) Drive B2B sales of company’s Clinical Genetics Software and other platforms across key public and private hospitals, labs, and clinics in South India. Generate a strong sales pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, medical conferences, and field visits to meet revenue targets. Schedule product demos, maintain follow-ups and push deals through the sales funnel through strategic and persistent action. 2. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in South India. Build lasting relationships with clinicians, hospital administrators, and lab directors. Support post-sales engagement, issue resolution, and ongoing satisfaction. Conduct regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and account mapping to nurture client loyalty. 3. Regional Strategy & Collaboration Identify growth opportunities in the Southern region and work with senior leadership to shape regional sales strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Tech) to align customer feedback with business goals. Represent Genetico at regional healthcare events, workshops, and industry conferences to showcase our offerings. 4. Reporting & Analysis Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs), including leads generated, deals closed, and revenue growth. Regularly maintain CRM entries, sales dashboards, and regular status updates for leadership. Analyze market dynamics, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to refine approach. Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience targeting clinicians in the field of pediatric and prenatal genetics . Well-connected in the clinical genetics ecosystem , with strong and impeccable relationships with clinicians. Proven success in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Familiarity with the government purchase process is strongly preferred. Exposure to selling healthcare or diagnostic software solutions will be a strong advantage. You are someone who understands genetics deeply, with the ability to grasp and confidently communicate technical and genetic concepts to clinicians. You are field-oriented and resourceful, comfortable with frequent travel across key cities in South India to meet clients and attend industry events. You must be an excellent communicator — confident, persuasive, empathetic — with the ability to influence and build trust with key stakeholders. You are self-driven and organized. You take complete ownership of your work, operate independently, and consistently meet deadlines with energy and discipline. You are tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using CRM tools, Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other digital productivity platforms. Show more Show less
