Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through online research, CRM databases, and market intelligence tools. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and follow-ups. Qualify leads based on specific criteria and route them to the appropriate sales funnel. 2. Client Communication Make outbound calls and send personalized emails to engage prospective clients. Present product offerings clearly and effectively to decision-makers. Address inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up to nurture client interest. 3. Marketing Campaign Execution Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted email campaigns. Track campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, response rates) and suggest improvements. Support digital marketing initiatives by promoting webinars, newsletters, and product launches. 4. Sales Support Coordinate with the field sales or technical teams for meetings, demos, or trials. Prepare and share marketing collaterals, brochures, product presentations, and price lists. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products and their benefits. 5. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Generate daily/weekly reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. Provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitive activities. 6. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Conduct follow-up calls after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and gather testimonials or referrals. Address and resolve client concerns or escalate them appropriately. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing tools Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
