Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities: - Promote and sell water softener & descaling solutions to residential, commercial (hotels, hospitals), and industrial clients (factories, textile units, etc.). - Identify and generate leads through direct sales, dealer networks, and B2B partnerships. - Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical benefits to potential customers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with plumbers, contractors, architects, and dealers for referrals. - Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets through field visits, cold calling, and customer follow-ups. - Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction for repeat business. Desired Candidate Profile: - Experience: - 1-5 years in sales of: - Water treatment products (RO, water softeners, chemicals) - Home appliances (water purifiers, washing machines, HVAC) - B2B industrial sales (boilers, cooling towers, plumbing products) - Ability to explain technical product features in simple terms. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales. - Two-wheeler preferred (travel within Ahmedabad).
