Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, developing marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of market trends. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Manage social media platforms and digital marketing efforts. Collaborate with the design team for brochures, product catalogs, and promotional materials. Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
