Role & responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers. Achieve monthly sales targets. Conduct product presentations and client meetings. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Conduct market research to identify new market trends and opportunities. Promote products or services through various marketing channels (digital, print, events). Coordinate with the creative team to produce promotional materials and advertisements. Organize marketing events, trade shows, and product launches. Manage social media platforms and support digital marketing efforts. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Gather client feedback and report it to internal teams for product/service improvement. Preferred candidate profile 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing with proven results in achieving company goals.
