About the Role As a Marketing & Sales Executive in our Transplant Division, youll be responsible for driving revenue growth of organ-preservation and immunosuppressant product lines across your territory. You will build strong customer relationships, execute targeted campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class support to transplant centres. Role & responsibilities Territory Planning & Execution Define and implement territory-wise sales plans to meet monthly/quarterly/annual targets Map and prioritize transplant centres, hospitals, procurement departments and KOLs Relationship Management Conduct scientific presentations, product demos and site visits for transplant surgeons, pharmacy directors and procurement heads Provide post-sales supportorder tracking, troubleshooting and trainingto ensure high customer satisfaction Clinical & Product Expertise Keep abreast of clinical data, competitor products and emerging technologies in organ preservation and immunosuppression Support new launches by coordinating with Medical Affairs on studies, trials and publications Key Skills & Competencies Sales & Business Acumen: Consultative selling, hunter mentality, deal closing, quota achievement Therapeutic Knowledge: Organ transplantation, immunology and tissue-preservation fundamentals Communication & Influence: Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision making, territory segmentation, CRM analytics proficiency Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with CDSCO/FDA/CEmark regulations for pharma and medical devices Project Management: End-to-end campaign planning, resource management, cross-functional coordination Tech Savvy: MS Office, CRM systems, e-detailing and webinar platforms Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in fast-paced, high-stake environments; strong problem-solving under pressure Team Player: Coaching and mentoring junior staff; collaborative approach Preferred candidate profile Were looking for a candidate with a strong scientific foundationideally a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering or a related field, with an MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing/Pharma Management seen as a significant advantage. You’ll bring 3–7 years of proven success in field sales or marketing of transplant, critical-care, or other premium medical products, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in hospital or specialty-clinic settings. Beyond technical knowledge, you’ll have established relationships with transplant surgeons, procurement heads, KOLs and pharmacy teams, and excel at consultative selling, scientific presentations and clinical-data storytelling. You’re self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams—from Marketing and Medical Affairs to Regulatory. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.), a willingness to travel extensively, and unwavering commitment to ethical practice, patient safety and compliance round out your profile.
