✅ Position: Full-Time Sales & Client Relationship Executive ✅ Experience: 3–5 years in real estate sales/ hospitality and client servicing. ✅ Core Skills & Expertise Sales & Client Management: Good knowledge of real estate market in and around Bangalore. Hands-on experience in site visits, follow-ups, and deal closures. Ability to handle multiple lead sources – walk-ins, referrals, broker leads, and digital inquiries. Relationship-first approach to building and maintaining client trust. Client Relationship Management: Fluent and confident communicator (English - compulsory, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu). Good listener with a persuasive sales approach. Capable of providing a seamless and professional client experience across all touchpoints. Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office(Excel, word, ppt, outlook) Fair knowledge of social media platforms (WhatsApp, FB, Insta, LinkedIn, etc) ✅ Personal Traits Excellent communication and interpersonal and presentable skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with good follow-up discipline. Self-driven, proactive, and able to multitask across sales and support functions. Warm, approachable, and able to build rapport easily. 💼 Key Responsibilities Primary Focus: Sales & Client Engagement Manage inbound/outbound calls and follow up on all assigned leads. Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers. Keep detailed records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback. Coordinate with brokers and partners to manage lead flow and visits. Support sales events, client meetings, and CRM activities. 💰 Incentives & Growth Performance-Linked Commission: 0.2% to 0.5% on successful sale conversions handled end-to-end. Opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager role. Exposure to high-value real estate deals and client networks. 🌟 Preferred Strengths Excellent telecalling and client conversion skills. Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel-based tracking. Comfortable managing broker networks and channel partner leads. Strong awareness of Bangalore’s real estate micro-markets and buyer behavior. ✨ Added Advantages Preferably female Vast professional or personal network – can drive faster outreach for lead generation and referrals. Patient and composed – can handle longer sales cycles and demanding clients with ease.
