Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive – Corporate Gifting Location: Rohini Sector 9 Delhi Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1-3 years in B2B Sales and Marketing Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our corporate gifting division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales performance. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for B2B sales. Key Responsibilities Sales Identify and target potential corporate clients for gifting solutions. Pitch customized gifting solutions to HRs, Admins, Procurement Managers, and CXOs. Handle client inquiries, create proposals, and close deals effectively. Maintain and grow existing client relationships for repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and delivery. Marketing Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote corporate gifting services. Collaborate with the design and content team to create impactful marketing materials (emailers, brochures, catalogs, social media content, etc.). Represent the brand at corporate events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine marketing strategy. Manage digital presence and run performance marketing campaigns where applicable. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting or promotional merchandise. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
