Job Description We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive door-to-door sales and expand our customer base. The role involves frequent travel to client locations, building strong business relationships, and promoting our IT products and services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching solutions, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Door-to-Door Sales: Travel extensively to meet prospective clients, promote products, and generate leads.Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored IT solutions.Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to influence buying decisions.Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Key Skills Required Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to engage clients effectively.Presentation: Strong product demonstration and proposal-making abilities.Negotiation: Skilled in closing deals and overcoming objections.Resilience: Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.Travel Readiness: Comfortable with daily travel to client locations. Qualifications & Experience Education: Any Graduate or Degree.Experience: 0–3 years in B2B Sales, IT Product Sales, or Salon Products.Preferred: Experience in door-to-door or field sales is a plus.
