Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Kerala market. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Manage and grow relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients. Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals; set goals, monitor performance, and provide guidance. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing efforts. Monitor sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements. Coordinate with other departments like logistics, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
