Key Responsibilities: Promotional Activities: Actively promote the sale of lubricants, N2 filling, wheel alignment & balancing, and PUC services. Design and implement on-ground campaigns to attract more customers to avail of our services. Marketing Strategy: Participate in weekly meetings to brainstorm and discuss new marketing strategies and promotional offers. Track campaign effectiveness and customer feedback to improve performance. Customer Outreach: Make cold calls to nearby vehicle owners, garages, transporters, and fleet operators. Send SMS/WhatsApp/email marketing messages to promote services and offers. Build and maintain a digital database of customers with contact details and service preferences. Digitalization & CRM: Help in digitalizing the customer database using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Good communication skills (Hindi & English). Comfortable with cold calling and direct interaction with customers. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
