In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation and student enrollment for our skill development programs by tapping into local educational institutions , student communities, and sometimes even directly approaching students and parents . This is your chance to sharpen your communication, networking, and sales skills — all while working towards exciting incentives, a potential job offer (PPO), and a great learning experience ! 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with local colleges, schools, coaching centers, and student communities. Approach students and/or parents directly to promote our training and upskilling programs. Generate quality leads and convert them into enrollments. Achieve a minimum enrollment target of 25–30 students per month . Report daily/weekly progress to the mentor or manager. Participate in regular training and feedback sessions. ✅ Who Can Apply: Students or recent graduates passionate about sales, marketing, and communication. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
