Job Title: RSM/ASM Location: North India( majorly in Chandigarh and Delhi) Job Type: Full Time Experience: Above 5 years Role & Responsibilities : · Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them · Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members · Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts · Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members · Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment · Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed · Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts · Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships · Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives · Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Requirement & Skills · Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets · Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director · Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level · Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close · Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services · Proven ability to position products against competitors · Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES · Team Handling Liasoning/ Relationship Building Activities with Architects , Contractors , Institutions etc to generate Business Leads · Executing the Business plan · Implement PMS · Concept Selling · Business Planning with the Reporting Manager · Calling and Follow ups to keep a track of upcoming Projects · Customer Meetings · Updating the Reporting Manager on his/her Business Activities · Site Visits on the ongoing Projects as and when required · Order Execution · Coordination/ Communication with HO · Daily Sales Connect with supervisor · Weekly Performance Reviews · Attending Monthly Team Meeting/ Training Interested candidates please share your resume at hr1@kpaiworld.com Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
