Provide back office support for sales activities, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting. Assist in service coordination by scheduling appointments, managing inventory levels, and resolving customer complaints. Utilize Tally Prime software for accounting purposes. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (sales coordination or servicing). Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic knowledge of Tally Prime. Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.A or B.Com).
