Role & responsibilities Job Summary: SaiBaba Polymer Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales and Service Engineer to drive sales and provide exceptional after-sales support for our range of AdBlue dispensing units. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will generate new business, manage existing client relationships, and ensure efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of our products. Responsibilities : Sales & Business Development: Actively promote and sell AdBlue from AdBlue dispensing units and related services to prospective and existing customers within the designated region. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach. Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored technical solutions to meet customer requirements. Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the features and benefits of our AdBlue dispensing units. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, engineering) to develop sales tools and strategies. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Service & Technical Support: Perform the installation and commissioning of AdBlue dispensing units at customer sites, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards. Conduct initial testing and calibration of equipment to guarantee optimal performance. Provide comprehensive on-site training to customers on the operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of the units. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related faults, through on-site visits or remote support. Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing of AdBlue dispensing units according to established schedules and protocols. Carry out necessary repairs and replacements of faulty components efficiently and effectively. Respond promptly to customer service requests and provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, or in person. Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and repair details. Prepare detailed service reports and provide feedback to the engineering team regarding product performance and potential improvements. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company procedures during service activities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent technical experience. Two years of experience in technical sales and/or service of industrial equipment, preferably within the fluid handling or automotive industries. Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region. Familiarity with AdBlue and related dispensing technologies is a plus.
