Job Description

As a Sales Assistant (Administrator), you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and assisting with daily sales operations. Your role is essential in ensuring sales efficiency and contributing to the achievement of organizational sales targets. Responsibilities: Process sales order accurately and efficiently Supporting sales engineer for tendering process documents Maintain sales database to ensure accuracy Generate reports on sales activity, inventory levels and other key metrics Prepare sales quotes, proposal, presentations Coordination with other departments (technical, logistic, procurement) Perform other administrative duties as assigned Client meeting - Travel with sales manager as required Requirements: Minimum bachelor's degree (engineering is a plus point) Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or administrative roles in B2B Industry (preffered) Language Proficiency : English is a must Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational with multitasking ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Ability to work independently and as a team Initiative, positive attitude and willingness to learn Learn more about our company at: https://suntar.com.sg Show more Show less
