Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining sales records. 2. Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide information on KIA & VOLVO vehicles. 3. Assist sales consultants with test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and sales transactions. 4. Maintain a tidy and organised sales floor, including vehicle displays and marketing materials. 5. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and engage with customers on social media. 6. Collaborate with other departments, including service and parts, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
