Roles and Responsibilities: Approaching fresh customers and selling properties. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Researching new leads. Accompanying potential customers to site visits & clarifying their doubts. Staying in touch with customer right from the beginning of the process to the day of registration. Maintaining the brand name of the company and handling responsibilities according to the predetermined standards of the company. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. Required Skill Set: Good Communication Skills Excellent Customer service skills. Time & People management. Negotiation Skills & convincing capacity. Ability to follow-up and a good memory to impress clients. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Quickness in work, punctuality and ability to meet timelines. Keenness to quickly grasp & learn new things.
