The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting travel services, closing sales deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will involve assisting customers with their travel plans, offering recommendations, and ensuring a seamless booking process. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable travel options. Sell travel packages, tours, and related services, Provide information on destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities. Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors. Stay updated on travel industry trends and regulations. Maintain records, process payments, and manage bookings. Additional Responsibilities: Prepare promotional materials and use promotional techniques to sell travel packages. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and goals. QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Sales experience in the travel industry.Customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of travel destinations and packages.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree, (Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field is a plus).
