Job description No of Open position: 1 Experience: 2-5 Years Qualification: Any Graduate Location Rai Industrial Area, Sonipat Office Time 6:30 AM to 3:30 AM Perks = Company will provide bachelor accommodation sharing basis + Cab facility both side + One time meal 5 DAYS WORKING Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Customer Engagement: Engage with prospects through phone, email, or chat to understand their needs and propose suitable products/services. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing accounts, preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Follow-up and Nurturing: Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and close sales. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services to effectively present and sell them to potential clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to strategize and achieve sales goals and objectives. Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients. Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing techniques. Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
