Job Title: Sales Associate Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and will be taking care of inside Sales, customer inquiries and driving sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, selling our services, and assisting them in booking the services. Prior experience in Travel Industry and primary knowledge about SaaS is preferred will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up with existing customers to offer travel services. Helping customers with travel inquiries, including bookings, cancellations, changes, and special requests. Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting travel services to customers. Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with clients and provide personalized service. Handle customer complaints, queries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Update and maintain customer records and ensure all information is accurately entered into the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth booking processes and customer satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
