The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable financial products such as loans, insurance, and mutual funds. Daily tasks include client engagement, providing product information, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Experience in sales, customer service, or client engagementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand and explain financial products such as loans, insurance, and mutual fundsProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsGoal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targetsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferredPrevious experience in the financial services industry is a plus
