Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and a keen interest or background in digital marketing . This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to international client engagement , and the ability to support marketing efforts to drive revenue growth. Job Responsibilities Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through direct and digital sales efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand client needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to support and execute digital campaigns. Track sales performance and generate regular reports using CRM tools. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Assist in developing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals. Required Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in a sales role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Basic understanding or hands-on experience in digital marketing is a strong advantage in digital marketing(SEO, social media, email campaigns, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Working hours US Shift: 5 or 6 PM to 3 or 5 AM (depending on business needs). Show more Show less
