Role Overview: As a Sales Associate at Ocman Realty, you will be the face of our brand to prospective clients. Your role involves guiding customers through the property buying process, understanding their needs, presenting suitable projects, and closing sales efficiently. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue and building long-term client relationships in the growing Wakad real estate market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Follow-up: • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, referrals, and networking • Maintain and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads 2. Client Engagement: • Conduct meetings and site visits with prospective clients • Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options 3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: • Present project details, floor plans, and pricing clearly and persuasively • Handle objections and negotiate deals to close effectively 4. Documentation & Coordination: • Assist in booking procedures, agreement documentation, and loan coordination • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate client records 5. Market Awareness: • Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, pricing, and local developments • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to refine strategy 6. Collaboration: • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and operations teams for smooth handovers • Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities when needed
