Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ● Work in a fast-paced environment to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth. ● Make calls and follow up with potential clients, aiming to convert leads into sales. ● Conduct online product demonstrations for potential clients. ● Maintain follow-ups over calls and build a robust sales pipeline. ● Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers. ● Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them. ● Provide training and coaching to help team members perform well and achieve sales targets. ● Building and hiring of the sales team of Business Development Associates as per the company expansion plan. ● Ensure that company targets are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress. Required Experience: ● Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales. ● Experience in education sales is highly preferred. ● Previous roles: Business Development Manager, Associate Team Lead, or Senior Sales Executive English is mandatory.
