We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Associate who will drive enrollments through sales calls, customer engagement, and lead management while also contributing to marketing and business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, comfortable with both sales and marketing, and eager to contribute to a growing educational startup. Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls and follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into enrollments. Engage with parents, students, and schools to explain program offerings and benefits. Manage and track leads using CRM tools, ensuring regular follow-ups. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital promotions and local outreach. Identify business growth opportunities and build partnerships with educational institutions. Support business expansion by researching and implementing new strategies for customer acquisition. Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales and marketing strategies. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (BBA, B. Com, MBA preferred). Experience in sales, tele-calling, or business development (Education or EdTech experience is a plus). Basic understanding of marketing strategies and business expansion techniques. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable with CRM tools and lead tracking. Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
