Job Description: Sales & Business Development Manager Company: Exventus Location: Chandigarh Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Business Development, Sales, or a related field (Immigration experience is a plus but not mandatory) Industry: Immigration, Visa Services Job Summary: Exventus is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to drive individual client sales and expand our network through partnerships with immigration agents and consultancies. This role combines business development, lead generation, relationship management, and visa counselling to maximize business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with a proven record of increasing revenues, converting leads into clients, and forming strategic alliances. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development- Individual Clients Identify and target potential clients looking for Work Visas, Tourist Visas, and Study Visas for multiple countries. Generate leads through various marketing channels, referrals, and outreach strategies. Conduct consultations with clients, understand their immigration needs, and provide tailored solutions. Convert leads into clients through effective counselling and relationship management. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain a strong database of leads and follow up systematically to close sales. 2. Business Development Immigration Agents & Consultancies Identify and approach immigration agents, visa consultancies, and travel agents who can act as partners to generate business for Exventus. Pitch our services and establish long-term partnerships with agents across different regions. Negotiate terms and create mutually beneficial agreements to ensure consistent lead generation. Maintain strong relationships with agents through regular communication, support, and engagement. Conduct training sessions or provide necessary material to agents to help them better market our services. Track and analyze agent performance, ensuring continued productivity and business growth. 3. Visa Counselling & Client Management Provide professional visa counselling to prospective clients for different visa categories (Work Visa, Study Visa, Tourist Visa, etc.). Advise clients on eligibility, required documents, visa processing timelines, and other relevant details. Assist clients in understanding their best options based on their profiles and aspirations. Maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring transparency, trust, and a high level of service. 4. Document Collection & Verification Assist clients in gathering, reviewing, and verifying necessary documents for their visa applications. Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and meets the specific countrys visa requirements. Coordinate with clients to address any missing or incorrect documentation before submission. Work with internal teams to ensure all visa applications are filed efficiently and on time. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into paying clients. Agent Acquisition & Engagement: Number of new immigration agents onboarded and revenue generated through them. Client Satisfaction & Retention: Positive feedback and repeat business from clients. Skills & Qualifications Required: Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals with clients and agents. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written). Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a strong focus on results. Highly organized with strong client relationship management skills. Experience in the immigration industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
