Job Description

Lead and Deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for Mass Market Customers . Provide a strong day-to-day leadership presence for all sales operations staff. Identify geographic growth opportunities and priorities. Achieve your own and your team's sales targets . Responsible for acquiring and developing new business . Develop a business plan for increasing the profitability of the division, including cost control and cost-based decision-making. Profit planning in relation to overall corporate objectives. Close deals for leads generated either by self-initiated calls or internal leads provided. Responsible for payment collection from customers. Ensuring all support staff play a key role in servicing client accounts. Conducting weekly reviews with your immediate boss and fellow colleagues. Demonstrate commercial judgment and customer orientation to develop along with the principles. See the sale through, providing good customer service and continuing business development. Look for opportunities to identify wider sales across the whole account. Attend Product Training organized by Principles for upgrading product knowledge. Research customer profiles for accurate positioning, giving effective and skillful presentations. Work as per the company's predefined Rules & Regulations. Coach and mentor the team. Requirements Competencies Required:Results: Proven track record of exceeding goals. Making Judgment/Analyzing Sales Situations/Sales Evaluation: Evidence of the ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment. Problem Solving & Delegation Of Tasks . A team builder who has experience in scaling up organizations; ability to connect staff both on an individual level and in large groups; capacity to enforce accountability.
