About Us: We’re building a next-gen recruitment venture lean, global, and deadly focused on upskilling and matching top Indian tech talent with companies abroad. This isn’t an agency. It’s a business designed to scale without bloat and we’re looking for someone bold enough to help drive that vision forward. The Role: We're looking for a Sales Co-Founder — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, who’s willing to hustle, experiment, close deals, and build processes from scratch. If you have experience in recruitment sales, great. If you don’t, but you’ve closed tough B2B deals — we’ll still talk. Responsibilities: Own outbound sales: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, partnerships, personal brands Identify, pitch, and close international clients looking to hire Indian tech talent Build systems for consistent deal flow Align closely with our operations and delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding Help shape our GTM strategy, pricing, positioning, and client experience Bear small operational costs in the early stage (when needed — tools, outreach expenses, etc.) Requirements: Strong sales background (preferably in B2B/recruitment/outsourcing) Confident in pitching to founders, CTOs, and hiring managers Process-driven but scrappy — can work without hand-holding Able to invest time and bear minor early-stage expenses High ownership mindset — acts like a co-founder, not an employee Bonus: Experience selling to international markets (U.S., U.K., etc.) Results Expected (Non-Negotiable): In the first 3 months , you’re expected to: Close at least 2 paying clients Generate $5,000+ in revenue Build a repeatable outbound system (calls, LinkedIn, partnerships) Maintain a live pipeline with weekly reporting on leads, calls, and closures What’s in It for You: Equity-based role , not a salaried one (initially) We’ll work together for 6 months — proving grounds to see if you can drive real revenue and scale sales Based on performance, equity will be structured fairly You'll have full support — ops, delivery, sourcing, and backend infra are covered A rare chance to join early, build something real, and earn your stake the right way Note: This is not for someone looking for a salary.
