Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) Of a Sales Coordinator Administrative Support: This includes managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling administrative tasks. Sales Process Coordination: Ensuring the efficient flow of the sales process, including managing the sales pipeline and coordinating meetings and calls. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Sales Team Support: Assisting the sales team in achieving their goals by providing necessary resources and support. Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales databases and reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Sales Strategy Support: Assisting with sales strategies, including conducting research and providing insights. Reporting and Analysis: Creating and maintaining sales reports and dashboards to track performance. Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise in the sales process.
